1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and hiso33 ("hiso33", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://hiso33.bio ("Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing any part of the hiso33 Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the hiso33 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the hiso33 Platform and must not register an account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the hiso33 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. hiso33 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Underage gambling is prohibited and hiso33 will take all necessary steps, including immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds, to prevent it.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence and any jurisdiction from which you access the Platform.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the hiso33 Platform or on any interconnected responsible gaming registry.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, entity, or organisation.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of hiso33, or an immediate family member of any such person.

hiso33 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by hiso33 will result in account suspension pending verification.

3. Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money gaming features on hiso33, you must complete the account registration process and satisfy Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification requirements. The following conditions apply:

• Each individual may hold only one registered account on hiso33. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed, with balances subject to review.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• KYC documentation — including but not limited to a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport, and proof of address — must be submitted and approved before full Platform features (including withdrawals) are enabled.
• hiso33 may, at its sole discretion, request additional documentation at any time in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") obligations and international gaming authority requirements.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC is grounds for immediate permanent account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hiso33 account credentials. You agree to:

• Keep your username and password strictly confidential and not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your hiso33 account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify hiso33 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your account.
• Enable two-factor authentication ("2FA") where offered, which hiso33 strongly recommends for all accounts.

hiso33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been carried out by you unless you notify hiso33 of compromised credentials promptly upon discovery.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

The following terms govern financial transactions on the hiso33 Platform:

• Deposits may be made using the payment methods available on the Platform at the time of deposit, which currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, FPX, and cryptocurrency options.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated. Deposits are credited to your hiso33 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• Withdrawals are only available to accounts that have completed KYC verification. hiso33 will process withdrawal requests to the payment method used for deposit where possible, in compliance with AML regulations.
• hiso33 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. hiso33 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Funds deposited into your hiso33 account are held for gaming purposes only. hiso33 does not pay interest on account balances.
• hiso33 reserves the right to reverse any transaction determined to be fraudulent, erroneous, or in breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, hiso33 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are issued at hiso33's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Players must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or syndicate play is strictly prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and account termination.
• Only one account per person, household, IP address, or device may claim any given Promotion unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on hiso33 are sourced from certified third-party studios. Each game operates according to the rules established by its respective provider. By playing any game on hiso33, you acknowledge that:

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hiso33 Platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or disputed transactions.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process funds of illicit origin.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent self-exclusion, bonus restrictions, or account bans.
• Any form of cheating, exploitation of software errors, or abuse of the Platform's features.

9. Responsible Gaming

hiso33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once activated, cannot be reversed until the specified exclusion period has elapsed. 10. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of hiso33.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hiso33 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform. hiso33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the date of the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

hiso33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the hiso33 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on hiso33, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes.

13. Amendments

hiso33 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication. Your continued use of the hiso33 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the operating standards established by the relevant international gaming authority under which hiso33 holds its operating guidelines. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the applicable gaming authority's dispute resolution framework. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian law.
